Welcome to PicSelectHub. By accessing or using our cloud-based photo selection and event gallery platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
1. Platform Nature
PicSelectHub provides an online platform for photographers, event organizers, and guests to upload, manage, search, select and download event photos.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under their account.
3. User Content Responsibility
Users must ensure they have proper rights and permissions to upload photographs, videos, or any media content. PicSelectHub is not responsible for copyright violations or disputes between photographers and clients.
4. Storage & Data Deletion
PicSelectHub does not guarantee permanent storage of any files.
Data including photos, galleries, or selections may be deleted due to:
– subscription expiry or non-renewal
– storage quota limits
– manual deletion by user
– system upgrades, migrations or maintenance
– technical failures beyond reasonable control
Users must always maintain external backups of their data.
5. AI Face Search Disclaimer
Face recognition search is provided as an assistance tool. Accuracy depends on image quality, lighting, angle and other technical factors. PicSelectHub does not guarantee correct or complete search results.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
PicSelectHub shall not be liable for:
– loss of data or files
– business or revenue loss
– event delivery delays
– indirect or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, illegal content upload, system abuse, or violation of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, workflows, AI processing systems and platform features remain the property of PicSelectHub.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
