Refund Policy– PicSelectHub

PicSelectHub operates on a prepaid subscription model for providing access to its cloud-based photo selection and gallery services.

1. General Policy

All payments made for subscription plans are generally non-refundable once the account or service access has been activated.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

– Payment was successfully made but the user account or service was not activated.

– Duplicate payment or accidental multiple transaction occurred.

– Major technical failure from our platform prevented the user from accessing core features.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases including but not limited to:

– Subscription already used or partially used

– File deletion incidents due to expiry, storage limits or user action

– Failure to renew subscription on time

– Lack of usage or change of business requirement

– Dissatisfaction with AI face search results

– Plan upgrades or downgrades

– Discounted or promotional purchases

– Client disputes or event-related losses

4. Refund Request Timeline

Users must raise refund requests within 2 days from the date of payment.

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing timelines may vary.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals anytime from their dashboard. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current billing cycle.

7. Policy Updates

PicSelectHub reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
